Our work is organized into teams, each serving the businesses in the group that need it.
Leadership
Our two co-founders lead the group together and share responsibility for everything we build and run.
Business development
Develops the Alberta master franchise: its territories, the operators who take them on, and the partners who help us build centres.
Operations
Runs our two Ultimate Coders centres day to day: the instructors, the timetable, the families and the neighbourhoods around them.
Software and DevOps
Builds our software through BYTECK, from MySchedio, which runs both of our centres, to the ventures still in development, and keeps it all running.
Marketing
Tells families about our centres and prospective operators about the franchise. UC-Marketing, our marketing tool in development, is being built for this team first.
Finance and compliance
Keeps the books and handles compliance and cost control for every business in the group, from the centres to the franchise.
